After all the hype I decided to get more beans from Nicaragua. As i did earlier, i chose to purchase from Limoncillo estate. The estate itself is still very famous and run by former gynecologist.

Dr. Erwin Mierich’s bourbons 09/10 are really a-state-of-mind.

After short tasting my friends were wondering why espresso even exists if you can enjoy whole lot of bold-and-strong good-mood coffee without all the hassle.

Nose: deep dark chocolate and even deeper chocolate.

Taste: bold, strong, well balanced. Surprisingly some floral feeling comes after couple of seconds and stays for many minutes.

Roast: definitely dark. I did 15 seconds after second crack and really quick cooling.
